Wild Weddings Win!
At a gala evening celebrating the best in tourism in the Redlands last night, Stradbroke Weddings elopement business, Wild Weddings, won the award for best New Tourism Development.
Conceived in 2002, Wild Weddings is the brainchild of Stradbroke Weddings’ director, Jeannie Sheppard and was officially launched in February 2008.
“The success of Wild Weddings has been a testament to the flexibility we have integrated into our business servicing the wedding and event industry on North Stradbroke Island” said Jeannie. “Not everyone is looking for a large, lavish wedding and Wild Weddings was designed with these couples in mind” she said.
